Jeaniene Spink is the Research Director of the Education and Development Program at the Australian Council for Educational Research (ACER) and a board member of the Centre for Global Education Monitoring, a research initiative of ACER supported by the Australian Government through the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. She has worked in the international education development sector for the past 20 years for a range of organisations including UNICEF, the World Bank and USAID. She has spent most of her career working in transitional and conflict-affected environments supporting wide scale government level education sector reform and financial strategic planning initiatives.
